Trivia[]

  • This episode reveals how the Warriors met the Cave Weirdos. It also reveals that Prug is Grup's brother.
  • This is the first 5-minute short released for CN Video after a 2-month hiatus. It was first released in CN Africa's YouTube channel where it became an interactive video, similar to the MagiMobile app.

Episode connections[]

  • Prug reminds Grup on how he met the Warriors in the first short, To Boulderly Go.
    • The Warriors do not remember, which may be based on the fact that the 3-minute shorts have a different continuity than the 5-minute shorts and the series.
    • However, in Random Acts of Memory, it was revealed that Nohyas wiped the memories of the Warriors so they'd only remember him and not Prug.
  • Jarham, from the episode Cleanliness Is Next to Grupliness, debuts here and is a delicacy for Prohyas and Skullivan.

Real-world references[]

  • The song the Warriors and Cave Weirdos dance to at the end resembles the Peanuts theme.
  • The directions/notes for the Music Locked Gate are similar to the Konami code.
  • Prohyas: Sister no swiping!
    • This is a direct reference to the series Dora the Explorer where the characters would stop the thieving fox Swiper from stealing by shouting "Swiper no Swiping!".
