Trivia[]

  • This short features the most character debuts to this date with the first TV debuts of King Rexxtopher, Goomer, Grup the Dragon, Nohyas and Frankylo.
  • Grey Griffin uses a higher pitch to voice Vambre in this episode.
  • This short reveals that the Warriors for Hire steal and eat dinosaurs from the Dinosaur Kingdom and get banished from the kingdom frequently.
  • Hoppus seems to be good friends with Phil as he agreed to do Phil's plan by tricking the Warriors out of their hard earned cash as the two blow it all on Slugburgers.
  • King Rexxtopher's rampage is a reference to the Godzilla films. Even his tail slightly resembles that of Godzilla.
  • This is the first short where the Warriors for Hire use more than one magisword that once; even with the announcer saying "SEVERAL MAGISWORDS".
  • This short reveals that Rhyboflavin has a library and Prohyas is unaware of it, yet Vambre visits it frequently and learns about the Ankylosauruses from there.

References[]

  • Goomer may be based on the Goombas or the Galoombas from the Mario video games since Kyle was a Mario fan since 1988.
  • Frankylo the Ankleosaurus' spikes are similar to Pikachu's ears from Pokemon.
  • The title is a reference to the animated dinosaur movie series 'The Land Before Time'.
