Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American actor, singer, announcer and comedian who voices the Bag Puppets generated from the Paper Bag Magisword in the Mighty Magiswords episode, Dungeons and Dayjobs. He also sang some vocals for the Füd Fit Theme Song in the episode, Champion of Breakfasts.
Jess is best known for his voice roles as Wakko Warner on the Warner Brothers animated series Animaniacs (which Kyle worked on at the Startoons studio for two days), Ironhide in the Transformers film franchise and Crash Bandicoot in the Crash Bandicoot video game franchise. He is also the current announcer for the ABC reality television program America's Funniest Home Videos since 1998.
