Long Underwear Wolves are wolves that reside in Transylberia. There appearances are known for wearing red pajamas. Although most of them communicate in growls and are translated by an off-screen translator with subtitles included, there are rare instances where they speak human language such as the episode "Fixing-a-Flonk!".

A plain Underwear Wolf in Squirreled Domination
A rather plain looking underwear wolf appeared in "Squirreled Domination" planning to eat Vambre. Since Vambre was running away from the squirrels and didn't notice the wolf, the wolf called her out on being rude. Then the wolf was pummeled by the squirreles with a tombstone saying "Here Lies Random Wolf". His head pops out and he says "Again, rude!".
Actual underwear wolves appear in the episode "Flirty Phantom" trying to eat the Warriors for Hire. But the huge Snowstorm caused all of them to fly away.
On the episode, "Transylbabies", a Long Underwear Wolf licks one of the Transylbabies, which Vambre incorrectly believes he's eating the child. She later scares the Underwear Wolf with the Oinkus Oinkus Magisword, causing him to kick three pigs out of their home to take cover there. Towards the end of the episode, he was given apologizing propellar burgers by Prohyas.
In the episode "Fixing-a-Flonk!", a Long Underwear Wolf was an audience member of Flonk's comedy routine in the Transylberian Theatre. Although distasteful of his comedy, he was interested to see how it pans out. Eventually as Flonk's comedy improves, he messages others on his Magimobile to check the show out and laughs with the rest of the newly-coming audiences.

- The random wolf's voice in Squirreled Domination is similar to Kermit the Frog, even the scream.
- The name is of course a play off of "werewolf".
